Durocrete  offers services for structural assessment of buildings.  we are equipped with latest nondestructive testing equipment and accredited by NABL.
As per local body laws all old buildings have to be assessed periodically to ensure the safety of occupants.
Bombay Municipal Corporation (BMC) stipulates that all buildings older than 15 years should be assessed for structural condition after every 5 years.

Purpose of Structural audits 

• It give the risk assessment of buildings from point of view of any immediate danger of collapse or identify problems that are likely to affect the residual life of building.
• Based on the conditional assessment of building, corrective measures are recommended to ensure safety and longer serviceable life of building.
• Durocrete conducts structural audit, conditional assessment of buildings in collaboration with its group company CQRA.
• CQRA is accredited by National Accreditation board of certification bodies under ISO 17020 to inspect construction quality of buildings.
