Durocrete Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd., is committed to keeping all information related to its customers completely confidential unless and otherwise mandated by law for disclosure to statutory authorities.
No employee shall share or communicate any report or information related to any customer to any person/agency other than the authorized recipient of that information as recorded in Test Request Form or KYC Form of the customer.
All employees of Durocrete should maintain the confidentiality of information entrusted to them in carrying out their duties and responsibilities.
Durocrete shall invest in appropriate systems and training to staff to ensure confidentiality.

Durocrete Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd. as a professional Construction Materials Testing Laboratory commits itself to the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct.
Durocrete is synonymous with Quality and Integrity and shall display the same in all its activities.
As a staff member, every employee of Durocrete shall maintain professional conduct in the workplace and shall not allow personal feelings or beliefs to cause one to treat people – customers, competitors or other stake holders – unfairly or unprofessionally.
Employees shall not accept any tangible or non tangible gifts or favors from any customer.
All employees will strive to avoid even the slightest impropriety in conduct.
Quality Policy
Durocrete Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd. is committed to good Professional practices, continually improve its standards of quality of testing and credibility as a premier civil engineering materials testing laboratory by strictly adhering to requirements of ISO/IEC 17025:2005 and relevant NABL specific criteria.
It remains committed to provide state of art testing services to all its customers irrespective of their volume of work, and in order to achieve its objective it will provide continual training to all the personnel concerned with the system.
Refund Policy:
Durocrete will not refund testing charges or any other charges paid in respect of material testing if material provided for testing is not achieving desired results as per Standards. Refund on account of cancellation of testing or any other case will be at the discretion of Durocrete Management.

PAYMENT
We use Razorpay for processing payments. We/Razorpay do not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved.
Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
