He is an expert in Concrete Technology and established Concrete Mix Design and Material Laboratory in Pune in the year 1995 under the name Durocrete, which is accredited by National Accreditation Board of Laboratories Dept of Science and Technology since 2007.
Since the year 2001 he has focussed on researching quality practices at construction projects in India. He established Durocrete in 1995 and CQRA in 2004 and was responsible for developing the 10 point rating system for quality of construction.
After completing his Civil Engineering from Pune University in 1991, he completed his MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management in 1994.
Vivek Gadgil

Vivek Bhaskar Gadgil is the 1971 Civil Engineering topper from the erstwhile Marathwada University. He started his career as a site engineer at Engineering Construction Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of the construction giant, Larsen & Tuobro, now known as L&T Constructions.
With a penchant for hard work. Vivek quickly rose up the corporate ladder at L&T Construction to become the Senior Vice President. From here he was directly appointed as the Chief Executive & Managing Director for L&T Metro Rail (Hyderabad) Ltd. Currently he is the Director at CORA Pvt. Ltd
With a rich experience of 44 years. Vivek brings with him superlative project management & HR skills. He has shrewd business acumen and is a quintessential leader. An eloquent extempore orator. Ziad Awad
Regional Manager and Senior Materials Engineer
Engineer Ziad Awad is the Africa Regional Manager and Senior Materials Engineer at Advanced Construction Technology Services (ACTS). He graduated from Purdue University in the USA with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, and a Masters degree from the University College London in Systems Engineering.
He is currently an American Concrete Institute examiner and instructor for several certification programs in the Middle East and Africa, and is currently managing the training, conferences and Technical Standards and Solutions division at ACTS. He currently serves on 3 ACI committees, The International certification committee, the Field Testing Technician committee and was recently appointed on the ACI international advisory committee.
Mohamad Al Johor

With over 17 years of experience in the construction industry, primarily in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, He is a strategic growth leader and the Country Manager at Advanced Construction Technology Services (ACTS). In his role as a Board Member, he contributes to shaping the company’s strategic direction and ensuring governance excellence.
Throughout his career, he have successfully managed prestigious mega-scale projects in Saudi Arabia, including airports, metros, and high-rise towers. His mission at ACTS is to expand the company’s market presence and profitability, delivering exceptional value to clients and stakeholders. He brings a proven track record of driving business growth, securing high-profile contracts, and leading high-performance teams.

Mr Majdi Dahboul having a bachelor’s degree in Law from Beirut Arab University (BAU), worked as a Lawyer covering the Civil, Trade and Penal cases, having more than 12 years experience in the Administration and new business incorporation field with (ADVANCED CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES “ACTS” – Holding https://acts-int.com/ )which is a leading company specialized in the Materials testing and Geotechnical investigations (including environmental , NDT, Piling, Geophysical tests etc…), his current position is the “ Group Administration & Hr Manager”. in addition, he is one of the board members / Directors of DUROCRETE ENGINEERING SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED which is a leading name in the field of construction material testing with 3 laboratories within INDIA located in Mumbai, Pune and Nashik.
