Sampada was on the board of DESPL since its inception in 1999 and was involved in advisory capacity in all its activities. Post ACTS acquisition of stake in DESPL , she took active interest in managing its operations. After Covid she took over the role of CEO leading DESPL through its difficult phase until July 2024. She has joined the board as director in October 2024 and remains a guiding force for DESPL in its future endeavours. Sampada has rich experience in field of academics, language training apart from business administration.

After leading a team of engineers and consultants who provide quality and innovative solutions for the construction industry in material testing and Geo engineering, with over 28 years of experience in corporate field, she has developed a strong vision and mission for the company with core competencies in organizational development and management. She has successfully expanded the company’s portfolio, client base, and geographic reach, while maintaining high standards of professionalism and excellence. She is passionate about creating and sharing knowledge and also enjoys mentoring and coaching the next generation of leaders and engineers. She believes in looking for new opportunities and challenges in life to learn and grow as a human being.
